Santa Claus Comes to Town

Santa Claus and Mrs Claus make a stop at Wyckoff.  Club members helped spread cheer among the children coming to visit them by handing out balloons and candy canes.

 

 

 

 

On the evening of December 9th Santa Claus and Mrs Claus made a brief stop in Wyckoff to greet local kids.

The Rotary were happy to participate in this visit organized by the Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce.  Our club distributed candy canes and the very popular balloons to every child that showed up at Boulder Run and the Shopping Plaza on Wyckoff Avenue.

Though the night was cold we were all warmed by the joy in the children's eyes.  As one child noted, "I can't wait until Christmas Day".

Thanks to Tom, John, Lee, Peter, Caroline, Miya and all who helped make the evening a success. 

 

Below, Gavin was the first child to arrive to welcome Santa.
