Isabela arrived at Newark International Airport in August and was met by John Adams, Youth Exchange Chairperson for District 7490 along with 2 of her host families. (see picture below)

Rotary promotes all levels of exchange, but is especially proud of the exchange programs we offer high school students, typically in their Sophomore, Junior and Senior years. Because Rotary is the world's largest community service organization, we can offer the lowest cost student exchange that we believe is so very important for building better relationships and understanding, and bringing us all closer to world peace.

Besides Rotary's long-term program for the full academic year, Rotary also offers a short-term, family to family program where one student is matched with a student in another country for an equal 2-3 week exchange typically in the summer time.
